Brantham Athletic Football Club
Brantham Athletic Football Club was formed in 1887 and is now home to 3 senior men’s teams who compete in the Thurlow Nunn League and the Essex & Suffolk Border League in games on a Saturday and occasionally during the week. The successful Brantham Athletic Ladies team play here on a Sunday.
The 1st team plays in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division whilst the Reserves and Development teams play in the Premier and Third Division of the Essex and Suffolk Border League. The U18s play in the competitive Thurlow Nunn Youth League and Eastern Junior Alliance and the ladies play in the Suffolk Women’s and Girls league. We are active supporters of boys and girls grass roots football from ages under 7 to under 18.
We play our home games at the Brantham Leisure Centre, New Village, Brantham, CO11 1RZ however we also use local pitches situated in Tattingstone where the Development and some Youth Teams play.
